Bookings are confirmed by our team on WhatsApp or by phone, and payment details are shared at confirmation. There is no online payment on this website. The charges below apply once a booking is confirmed.
Group departures (treks and fixed-date trips)

Instead of cancelling, you can move to another departure of the same trek once, free of charge, up to 8 days before the start date.
Private holidays and international trips

Flights, visas, cruise cabins and some hotels (for example peak-season or non-refundable rates) follow the supplier’s own rules. We tell you before you pay if any part of your trip is non-refundable.
If we cancel
If we cancel a departure because of weather, safety or too few bookings, you choose: a full refund, or a free move to another date.
How refunds work
- Ask for a cancellation on WhatsApp or by email with your booking ID.
- Refunds are paid back the same way you paid us, within 7–10 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
- Charges are worked out on the total trip cost, including add-ons, before GST.
