1. Bookings
Bookings are made on WhatsApp or by phone. Our team checks availability, confirms the dates, travellers and your quote with you, and sends a booking ID once your booking is confirmed.
2. Payments
- There is no online payment on this website. Payment details, including any advance and when the balance is due, are shared by our team when we confirm your booking.
- Unpaid amounts by the agreed date may lead to cancellation under our cancellation policy.
- Quotes are in Indian rupees and show GST separately. Where the law requires tax collected at source (for example on overseas packages), it is added to your confirmed quote.
3. Quotes and changes
A quote can change before you book because of fuel, permits, hotel rates or exchange rates. Once your booking is confirmed, the amount is fixed, except for changes in government taxes or fees.
4. Fitness, health and safety
- Treks involve walking on mountain trails at altitude. Tell us about any medical condition when you book.
- The trek leader may change the route, stop, or turn the group back for weather or safety. Their decision is final.
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs on a trek will be asked to leave without a refund.
5. Documents
Carry a government photo ID on every trip. For international trips you need a passport valid for at least six months and any visa we advise. Visa decisions are made by the embassy; visa fees are not refundable.
6. Our responsibility
We choose hotels, transport and guides with care, but we are not liable for delays, losses or costs caused by events outside our control, such as weather, landslides, strikes, flight changes or government orders. We recommend travel insurance.
7. Photos
Our trek leaders take group photos and may share them on our website and social media. Tell us at booking if you would rather not appear.
