What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email.
- Trip details: dates, number of travellers, traveller names, ages and any health notes you share for safety.
- Records of payments you make to us after your booking is confirmed.
Why we use it
- To plan and run your trip, share updates and send booking documents.
- To reply to enquiries and send quotes you ask for.
- To meet legal, tax and permit requirements.
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with hotels, transport providers, guides and permit offices.
WhatsApp and calls
If you contact us on WhatsApp or leave your number, we may message or call you about that enquiry or booking. Reply “STOP” at any time to opt out of non-essential messages.
Cookies
The site uses only what it needs to work, such as remembering your packing-list ticks in your own browser. We do not use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as long as tax law requires. Enquiries that do not turn into bookings are deleted after 24 months.
